I was wondering if it was possible for the Opamp to provide an output current of 160mA with +/-12V rail. The datasheet only provided current of 110mA typical with +/-15V supply; a max value was not provided.

No Calum, the THS4011M will not give the 160mA from +-12V rails.
The output current decreases as the supply decreases.
THS4011M is -55 +125C, and looking at other parts I don't see one that can provide 160mA over the temperature range or +-12V rails.
One method that can be used to achieve higher output current with the THS4011M is to parallel multiple devices. Using say 2 or 3 devices in parallel and then using a small resistor on each output and then combining into one output should work.
