Material properties LP2981AIM5-3.3/NOPB

LP2981AIM5-3.3/NOPB is going to be modeled using ANSYS FEA to estimate thermal and mechanical stress:

For modeling it would be very helpful to have a "cross-section" of the component, materials identified (which mold compound for example), and material properties (such as CTE, density, etc.).  Unfortunately the normal data sheets do not contain such info.

Can TI provide such information for modeling purposes?
