Hello,
I have built a normalizing amplifier using an AD734 IC configured in standard divider mode on a bread board. According to the device's data sheet, it has a bandwidth of ~ 1 MHz for denominator voltages in the range of 1-10 V. However, I am only achieving a bandwidth of ~ 1 kHz as shown in the frequency response plot below. The circuit power supply is +/- 15 V and the frequency response was measured using a denominator voltage of 5 V DC.
What steps can I take to identify the reason(s) for the underperformance and improve the amplifier's bandwidth? I need to get up to at least ~100 kHz for the intended application.
Thanks,
Matt
