TLV3401 output when comparator not powered

Hi all,

I think it is a silly question, but I just want to verify:

For TLV3401 comparator, if the IC is not powered, does the output is consistently high (pull-up resistor) since the internal mosfet is not being driven?

    Hi Handi,

    If the TLV3401 is not powered and the pull-up resistor is, then the output stage MOSFET is off and the drain will be pulled up by the pull-up resistor to whatever voltage level it is connected.
