What is your supply voltage?...that will greatly influence your choices.
If you need the full 32V, you are out of luck as the LM321 has a "321" SOT pinout (typical with the low voltage parts) and the other high voltage SOT's (OPA140 and OPA209) are in a "standard" SOT pin out.
The supply needs to get to 12V before more direct-replacement options show up.
