I hope you can help me. I am searching for an OPA. I want to detect the intensity of laserlight (not pulsed) with an APD (avalange photodiode). I expect 3 ranges of current which my photodiode is producing .
1. 0.00075A to 0.0075A
2. 0.0075A to 0.015A
3. 0.015A to 0.03A
The amplifier should be able to realize at least 10 MHZ of speed. The output of the OPA should be at least 50 mV and it should be less noisy.
Is it possible to realize this problem with one OPA or do I need 3 different OPA´s. Which OPA fits or which 3 OPA´s do I need?
An other problem is, that the APD needs a high bias. I think 200V to 300V. How can I realize that. Is there a part which converts my potential of 5 V to 300V?
Do you need more information to find an OPA/OPA´s which fit /s? I hope you can help me.
