I need to design an input 1.2V/1.8V/3.3V, the Buffer 400MHz of bandwidth. Please provide the recommended parts and circuits.

Hi Eric,

If you are looking for an amplifier to operate at a gain of +1V/V, you have some choices (but none that operate down to 1.2V supply voltage?):

LMH6601 (Op Amp, 250MHz, Vs_min= 2.4V)

LMH6559 (buffer, 1.7GHz, Vs_min= 3V)

The upper end of your supply voltage (3.3V, assuming you mean supply voltage) is not an issue and is covered with the devices I have listed above.

Here is another choice:

BUF602 (Buffer, 1GHz, Vs_min= 2.8V)
