I am designing a physics experiment which digitized pulses from silicon photosensors. I need a gain of 10 and a bandwidth of 150 MHz. But since the full device will have 10,000 channels, power is a real problem. The pulses are unipolar, and and fairly rare such that the device will be in the quiescent state most of the time. Can you recommend a product with the lowest power for the specs?
