about ina826

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA826, TL7660

the following is my circuit:

The range of Vout is 0.5~4.5v, and the level of VAGND is 2.5v. the ina826's out level is between -2v and +2v.

the power of -6v is support by tl7660, I'm afraid that the noise of VCC_-6.0V have a very big impact on the negative level output of ina826.

can anybodyhelp me  analyze the question, thanks.

  • pan5313,

You have not indicated what type of signals and gain you will be using. It is difficult to predict exactly how the TL7660 may affect the very low-level noise performance of the INA826. I believe that your circuit diagram shows good filtering practice with R1 and C14.

Much may depend on the circuit layout. Place U6, C19, C18 and C22 away from the INA826 circuitry for best results. With careful circuit layout I believe that you can achieve very good results.

    thanks for your reply.
Vout is the sinusoidal signal,dc level is 2.5v, Amplitude is 2v,frequency is 1khz,so it swing between 0.5v and 4.5v.
VAGND is dc signal, level is 2.5v.
I did experiments on former Circuit board, the output level of tl7660 is about -5.8v, the VPP of noise level is about 100 mv.
In my circuit, the output level of ina826 is swing between -2v and +2v.
my question is that -2v is far from ina826's Negative supply(-5.8v),does it mean that the noise of vcc_-6.0v will not affect my signal between -2v and +2v from ina826.

    is it right?

  • the gain of ina826 is 1.

  • Linjie,

I think you are unlikely to see an unacceptable noise from the power supply.

    Regards, Bruce.

  • I originally added a LDO behind TL7660, But one of my colleagues recommanded to remove LDO.

I'm a little worried about the noise of tl7660 will affect ina826, So I'd like to see more suggestions.

Bruce, thanks for your reply again.
