OPA2333 vs. OPA2333-HT

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2333-HT, OPA2333

Hello,

I am going to use OPA2333-HT for high temperature application. For testing, I used off-the-shelf OPA2333AIDG4 instead. During the test, I observed unexpected pulse waveform at output of the OPA2333 at high temperature. It happened at around 215 deg. C in narrow temperature range, for example from 212 to 216 deg. C (Yes, it is much higher than the max operating temperature of OPA2333, 150 deg. C). Probably it is caused by internal offset correction. I hope the issue will not happen with OPA2333-HT.

Fig-1. Test circuit,  x2 non-inverting amplifier

Fig-2. Output of the OPA2333. Unexpenced pulse is 85 KHz, 400 mVpp. Input is 0.7 V DC

Now, my question is:

Other than the package type, what is different between OPA2333 and OPA2333-HT? Is OPA2333-HT using selected die?

Thank you,
