Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMP7721
We are planning to use LMP7721 Multi-Function Evaluation Board in one of our tests and we want to make sure this is what we need. The part which is subjected to temperature test is a TCVCXO (Temperature Compensated Voltage Control Crystal Oscillator). When we test the part, on our side, because of the effect of the cables and connectors we use, the test data won’t match the factory’s test data.
What we are planning to do is to connect the output of our test fixture to the LMP7721 Multi-Function Evaluation Board, and then connect the output of the eval. Board to the frequency counter to read the frequency shift while sweeping the temperature from -40˚C to +80˚C. the Eval board needs to be in the chamber too without getting damaged.
Please let us know if by this plan we can eliminate the effect of the input cables and the power supply in order to match the factory test data.
