I need to sample one 10ns impulse signal (impulse max frequency= 100kHz), if use high speed ADC, it's cost is very high. So i want to use a sample and hold circuit to hold this impulse signal, and then use a low speed ADC to sample it. the most chanllege is that the impulse only last 10ns, so when to enable the hold circuit and when to sample is very critical, otherwise very small jitter will bring big error.
