Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM6172, TINA-TI
Hello,
Can someone tell me the input capacitance for the
LM6172 , it does not seem to be listed in the data sheet.
Thank you for your help

I could not find it in the datasheet either. We provide a SPICE model in the TINA-TI pagkage that is available free on our website.
I looked in the SPICE model and the model has 1pF of input capacitance for both the inverting and non inverting inputs. This seems like it should be accurate since these inputs are generally a base on a small BJT device. The LM6172 was built on the VIPIII process, so it was designed before I started working at TI (National), so I do not have first hand experience with this part.
