looking for high-speed precision current sense monitor like MAX9643. It has very large input common-mode voltage (from -1.5V to +60V); relative high slew rate (12V/µS) and signal bandwidth of 10MHz.

Hi Eli,
Thank you for posting your question in our forum. The high-speed precision current sense monitor you are looking for is a unique part in the market. Currently we don’t have any current shunt monitor that matches, specification by specification, these features.
Therefore, we have a variety of current shunt monitors in our portfolio and knowing about your application will help us to recommend a TI solution suitable for your intended usage.
Could you please tell us more information about your application? In order to support you we need, at least, the following information:

Hi Eli,
Thanks for reaching us to find a solution for your application. As we anticipated before, there is no current shunt monitor in our product line for the 10MHz speed requested.
Although, looking at our applications notes we found a High-Side Current Monitor circuit that, probably, you can use as a guide to create your own current monitor with the specs you are looking for. (You can find this circuit in OPA333 datasheet, Page 10, Figure 23) http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/opa333.pdf
For this circuit you will need a High Speed Amplifier. Looking at our products we found OPA836 (http://www.ti.com/product/opa836 ) which have: Supply Voltage: 2.5V to 5.5V, Quiescent Current: 1mA, high speed. This is just a general idea, hope it can help or guide you in a good direction.
