Hi Vishal,

Currently we do not have SPICE model for the mentioned device. I requested already.

Meanwhile you can look into http://www.ti.com/product/tlv3491 which is TLV3491 push pull o/o comparator.

Its exactly same as the LM device you chosen for your application.. I am attaching the SPICE model for the same as well.
