XTR116 Vref and Vreg accuracy calculations

My question is regarding the Vref and Vreg accuracy calculations. When calculating the voltage accuracy vs temperature and supply voltage, is it  ppm or mV over delta temperature and supply voltage or is it ppm or mV over absolute temperature and supply voltage

  • Hello,

Excellent question.  The first option you provided is correct and the ppm and mV change should be based on the deviation (delta) away from the tested temperature, 25C, and tested supply voltage, +24V.  The calculations would work given any delta though, so if you were interested in the possible change from 50C to 100C, you would multiply the 50C delta by the accuracy vs. temperature spec.
