Is there a single supply rail-to-rail In/Out op amp whose input range includes ground and whose output will swing to within at least a few mV of ground like the OPA340 does but has at least 12 V supply ?

    Depending on application and performance "care-abouts" the TLV27x family CMV includes GND as well as many of the TLV devices at a single supply of 12V.  for RRIO, the TLV237x family should be reviewed (CMV 0 to Vdd)
