Hello,

We have a lot of device that can match your needs.

For ±15V operation, look at the THS3091.

For ±5V operation, look at the OPA2673, OPA2674, OPA690 or OPA691 for a single amplifier.

You can also increase the output current drive of most amplifiers by paralleling them together. The following app note will also point you towards additional high speed, high output current line drivers. http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sboa127/sboa127.pdf
