TL431 Shunt reference in small package

Hi All,

 

Finisar is looking for a very small shunt reference that can handle 30mA.  The smallest package I can find is the 6SC70 and its too big for them (they always need something smaller)!.  However, the TL431 product page says its available in a 0WAFERSALE package?  Where can I get detailed info on this package, availability and cost?

Additionally, do we have any other shunt references - that are capable to at least 30mA - avail in smaller packages?

    This was moved to PI, but we don't own this part.  I will try moving to an analog page.

    The product folder and datasheet ordering guide (see the bottom of the datasheet) infer that someone has been updating the database that drives these two sections.  The inference is that the part is being created in a WCSP package, however there is no package W or YS in the external or internal sites I look at.  LM431 doesn't seem to have WCSP or small QFN either.

    If the next forum doesn't help, submit document feedback to TIS using the link on the datasheet.  The least they should be able to tell you is who was the last BU person to modify the datasheet.  Note that ordering and package information is automatically generated and not entered by TIS or the author.
