Hi,
I have a Projekt to develope a charge sensitive Amplifier. Which Type of Amplifier shuld I use?
Thank you
Aimen

Hi Aimen,
I am not sure what you mean by charge sensitive amplifier. If you are looking to detect a voltage from an accumulated charge on a detector of some sort I think you would want a very high input impedance amplifier with very low bias currents. In this case an OPA827 Low-Noise, High-Precision JFET input op amp may be a good option.
Our selector guide has other low bias current amplifiers as well:

so my Sensor Signal is 200 nA and 1 us width. Wich OPV shuld I use to convert the Signal in Voltage
Thank you
I would start with the OPA827.
If you have not already done so I would recommend you download the TINA-TI program that is available on the TI website. It has a SPICE macro model for the OPA827 included and you can try some designs with it. I use this program myself when designing PC boards or doing system analysis.
