Hello,
I have a customer that's using the OPA828 at 1000x gain in an existing design and is seeing a discrete switching in the offset voltage by about 10uV (see attached image). The device is designed in a digital multi meter, and they've had 10 or so their products come back defective in the past month that they have determined is due to this offset shifting.
Does anyone have a possible explanation for this given the information that we have? Could this truly be a quality issue, and what more information would be necessary to determine if it is?
