What is the difference between specification temperature range and operating temperature range? For e.g INA 121 has a specification range of -40 to 85 C and a operating range of -55 to +125 C

The difference between specified temperature range and operating temperature range is that the max/min limits shown in PDS apply ONLY within the specified temperature range. While the part will still work within a wider operating temperature range, no PDS max/min limit applies; therefore, the part may NOT meet PDS specs outside specified temperature range.
