I have designed ECG data acquisition using INA 2126. What is the sense pin stand for?

The sense pin closes the feedback loop of the IN+ amplifier of each channel, this pin should be connected to the VO pin of each channel (Sense A goes to VOA and Sense B goes to VOB).
