Hi Can you please provide the following information for the  LMP8601MA/NOPB  Part ?

1. Junction Temperature Max (Tj Max)

 2. Typical Power dissipation (Pd typ)

3. Maximum Power dissipation (Pd max)

4. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA

5. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)

6. Thermal Resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC)

7. Weight

    Hello,

    These values are obtained from the datasheet:

    1) Tj(max) = 150°C

    2) Pd(typ) = 3.3mW@3.3V supply and Pd(typ) = 5.5mW@5.0V supply. Power dissipation excluding the output current.

    3) Pd(max) = 7.5mW@5V supply. Power dissipation excluding output current.

    4) Theta JA = 190°C/W

    Theta JC and JC may not be available for this device. We are looking into the remaining question.
