What op amps are in the OPT101 and OPT301

I am trying to model these photo detectors in multisim and I am having some difficulty pulling it off. My next attempt is to recreate the circuit and replace the photodiode with an alternating current source in order to simulate a light source. Does anyone know what op amp is used in these designs? Or has anyone simulated theses devices in multisim?

I will try to help as best I can, and I will take a little bit of a different approach to your modeling questions. Multisim is a Spice based simulator, and TI provides Spice models for the OPT101 and OPT301. It appears that these models can be imported into Multisim by using a method described in the following white paper on the NI website.

All the existing TI Spice models are listed on http://www.ti.com/adc/docs/midlevel.tsp?contentId=55102 or you can search the OPT101 and OPT301 product folders directly to get the models.
