Piezoelectric speaker drive

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM4960

Hello,

We'd like to drive a special piezo speaker, with 20Vp-p 50KHZ sinusoid that comes from a DDS. The approximate power needed at 50KHZ is 600mW (75Ohm). TPA2100 looks like a good solution but our customer doesn't like the BGA16 package. LM4960 could be ok but in datasheet there are no info about its response above 20KHZ. We have a single supply of +24Vdc so we would prefer (if it is possible) to avoid half bridge solutions that require negative rails.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance,

Angelo
