I get a problem about data "0" overshot. I put the problem here. (actually I am not sure whether it comes from 0PA847)
Below is the output of my TIA using OPA847 as main amplifier.
I get a Data "1" overshot, that is because my feedback capacitor is not big enough.
However, I also get Data "0" overshot? Does anybody have this problem before?
Now, if I zero biasing the photodiode (S6967), the bandwidth decreases, and the problems disappears. Therefore it seems the problem caused my optical receiver.
Above is the result testing with my own optical transmitter. I put my VCSEL driver schismatic here.
If I use MAX3766EVKIT as the optical transmitter, the problem seems released. Here is the output
So, I am really confused now. Any suggestions ?
