I'm designing a transimpedance amplifier, using the LMP7721, similar to the one shown in Figure 48 in the LMP7721 data sheet. The common mode voltage is essentially 0. How should I connect the center shield on the triax? Should I connect it to ground, or should I buffer the (admittedly very small) offset voltage at the inverting input through a second LMP7721?
