LMH6572 & LMH6570 Spice model

Hello, my design group is planning to use LMH6572 and 6570 parts into our new product. However, I could not find any Spice model on line which will affect our simulation results. I am wondering if anyone can send me the spice model of these two parts? Thanks,

Hello Beiping,

Unfortunately the LMH6570 and also the LMH6572 do not have a TINA-TI or Spice model available!

This may sound a little odd, but you could model the LMH6570 with the TINA-TI model for the LMH6714, since these devices are closely related. The LMH6714 model is available here, or directly from within TINA-TI:

To simulate the Mux, use the SEL signal to toggle a "Single Pole Change Over Relay" on the amp input (available within TINA-TI) with proper switching times set. I've done that below for the LMH6570:

I do not see how I could use LMH6714 to replace LMH6572 as LMH6714 is an op amp, and LMH6572 is a mux

Hello Beiping,

You would be using the LMH6514 model only to simulate the LMH6572 signal path performance. Hooman even showed how to incorporate the mux function into the TINA model. Hooman was not suggesting that you use an LMH6714 to replace the MUX in your system design, he was just stating that the LMH6714 has similar frequency response, distortion and voltage swing capabilities to the LMH6572.
