Slow reaction time for LMP91000

Hi there,

I am doing some tests on the LMP91000EVM. I found that the reaction time of using the 91000 AFE is much slower than using a discrete circuit. I have tried on both CityTech sensors and Alphasense, both are the same. the T90 is more than 80 sec., much longer than the regulation requirement, which is <25 sec. I have already taken off the reading averaging options, and the reading was the raw voltage. Is there anything I could have been doing wrong?

    Hi Jian,

    can you provide me with the configuration of the LMP91000 you have used (internal registers) and the type of sensor you have connected ?

    Moreover, have both discrete circuit and LMP91000 same TIA gain and Rload ?

    Usually high values of Rload make the system slow.
