Hi,I'm Disty of japan area.
Please teach me.

My cusotomer required high speed amplifer for RF.
They need <NF 3～5dB＠200MHz～300MHz>.
I have proposed THS4520 for my customer.
But, I'm worried if THS4520 is not good.
How many NF[dB] for THS4520?
I couldn't find description about NF in datasheet.

Is there a better device?

Please give me your advice.

    Hello Asano-san

    I think the best part we have for that application would be the LMH6554.  It has a 7.7dB noise figure which is very good for a feedback amplifier. 


    They may also be interested in the LMH6517 or the LMH6521. The LMH6517 has the best noise figure of 5.5dB.
