Hi Team,

Do we have measured s-parameters (s2p files) of the LMH6521 for its operation over frequency and gain (such as fig.4 in the datasheet), so I can model it for the system.

    Hi Max,

    I do not have this information.   Except for the gain, the parameters are pretty consistent over the different gain settings.  The PC board and output bias inductors will have a large impact. 

    Can you give me more deatils on the system you are trying to model?  Would the TINA model be useful?
