"Wireline Data Transmission and Reception" by Xavier Ramus, describes a possible system architecture for transimitting a signal with high-frequency content over fixed line length. Also included are tables of some suggested TI high speed amplifiers for use as twisted-pair or coax cable drivers, and in receiver functions.
