Can the INA21x sink any output current?  I have a situation where the INA210 output may need to sink up to 50 uA.

    INA210 can sink or source 5mA to 30mA output current (depending on the ambient temperature) as shown on the diagram below - lower half of the graphs indicate sinking current vs output swing at various temperatures.
