Dear all
Do you have a VBE(sat) parameter?

Pan-m,
We have a VI(on) On-state input voltage specification. The Maximum value in the data sheet is the minimum value that the application should provide to the ULN2003AI input pins. Higher is better.
What is the voltage and type of logic driving the inputs?
For example 5V CMOS.
What is the load current on the output pins?
For example 7 channels at 100mA per channel.

Our customer's answer are;
1) It is LVCMOS 1.8V. I am thinking it might be tight condition to the Darlington input.
2) 10mA per channel.

PAN-M,
For 1.8V logic and a light load like 10mA. I suggest the ULN2003LV (up to 8V output) or ULN2003V12 (up to 16V output). If the output voltage is higher than 16V, try TPL7407L.
All three devices have the same pin out as ULN2003A.
Please teach me why you recommend this device.
Our customer need VBE(sat) parameter because of authorization.
Do you have this parameter about these device?
Thanks,
PAN-M
PAN-M,
I recommended three possible solutions. Please tell me the output off voltage so I can focus my answer to just one device.
The output off voltage is 0.45V(Max).
In this case, is ULN2003LV right?

PAN-M
We do not ask for a guarantee in E2E, but I want a right answer and information or suggested comment.
PAN-M,
Any input voltage less than 0.6V will result in the ULN2003LV output being off.
A 0.45V (max) input is fully compatible with the ULN2003LV input low requirement.
