Hi Naveen,

Is it possible to use a high voltage multi-meter and check to make sure that the input voltages are differential +/- 10V DC to the inputs of THS4521? You need to check the node before R27 & R29. What is the supply current being recorded for the THS4521? Also, could you please tell me whether you are probing the outputs (OP+ & OP-) with respect to ground or across the C62 = 2.2nF capacitor?
