In my design, I would not use the enable/disable function.
How I connect the Enable/Disable and E/D com pin.
Now, I connect Enable/Disable directly to 5V and E/D to GND. Is that right?

There is a good explanation of how the E/D pin and E/D common pins function on page 20 of the OPA454 data sheet if you have not looked at this already. Also, if you look at the specification table you will see than when the E/D pin is active when it is a minimum of 2.5V above E/D common. So if you connect E/D common to ground and E/D to 5V this will keep the OPA454 permanently active.
