Please explain the action of C4, and why one of his pin need to pre stage to the C3?

Please explain the role of R14, why it should be connected to op amp input beforeclass?

U1B looks like a High Pass Multiple Feedback filter. C4 is the secondary, high frequency, feedback path.

R14 is the outer most loop providing, I surmise, a DC gain. This looks like a rather difficult circuit with multiple feedback loops.

I shall leave it to someone else, who is smarter and has more time on his hands, to break it down further.

Ken is correct. The first circuit is an MFB 2nd order high pass filter. The second circuit that you have is a composit amplifier configuration.

I am curious as to what your application is and why are your looking at these circuits?
