I am looking for Decompensated opamps with following specification. Can you suggest some.

Operating temp: -55 to +125degC

Supply voltage: +/- 15V

Bandwidth : >10Mhz

Hi Shihab,

The OPA228 is a decompensated operational amplifier intended for closed-loop gains of 5 V/V and greater. It is specified with a 33 MHz bandwidth, has an operating temperature range of -55 to +125 C, and is good with +/-15 V supplies. You can find the data sheet here:
