I am using opa211 in msop-8. sometimes it is very hot. and it has no powerpad (heat dissipation pad) on the bottom.

could you give me some advices?

Electronic devices work best when not operated in an oven.

On a serious note, can you post a schematic that highlights your supply, input, and output voltages and loading conditions? What are your ambient conditions? Is this circuit operating in a lab, open air?
