Hi,
How much is the Input Offset Voltage Temperature Drift of LMH6552 ?
The datasheet doesn't has no description.
Thanks and Regards,

Hello Kuramochi-san,
I do not have that data. I will need to check our archives to see if I can retrieve it. If it is not there I will have to measure it.

Loren
Hello Loren-san,
Thank you for reply.
Okay. I wait for your result.

Hello Kuramochi-san,
I found test data from the LMH6552 product release. The average Vos changes by 2mV over the temperature range, so this works out to be an average drift of about 33uV per degree C. This is an average drift, so individual parts will have different drift rates and we do not test for drift at production, so we cannot guarantee a maximum drift number.
This amplifier is current feedback, so there is not really an input offset voltage. Instead there is an input offset current. The output offset voltage is equal to the offset current (ib+ - ib-)*2*Rf.
I calculated the input offset current average drift to be about 17nA per degree C. Again this is the average drift for a large sample of parts.

Loren
