Xtr 115 p channel mosfet

I m working on a project for generation of 4-20ma using xtr111. The problem is that I m not getting the p channel mosfet mentioned in the datasheet.

So is there any other alternative to this mosfet.

It's urgent ...

Hello,
Are you asking about the XTR115, a 2-wire transmitter, or are you asking about the XTR111, a 3-wire transmitter?
Either way, almost any off the shelf transistor will work in the circuit. Two-wire transmitters such as the XTR115 use NPN BJTs as the pass element and three-wire transmitters like the XTR111 use PMOSFETs.

Xtr115 is the transmitter I m concerned about. The names of the p channel mosfets mentioned in the datasheet aren't available in my city . Could you help me out with an alternative

Hello,

The XTR115 requires an external NPN transistor as shown throughout the product datasheet. Almost any NPN transistor will work bust most people choose one that meets their power dissipation requirements and is in a small package.
