The OPA128SM is still available, though it is very expensive because its metal package type is not suited to production in our modern manufacturing facilities. The OPA129 uses the same integrated circuit but is in an more modern plastic package. Note that its pin connections do not match most other op amps. This is done to reduce package leakage current.
