Hi

I planned to use the Difference Amplifier INA149 in my next project.

My equipment must work in the temperature range -55°C / +90°C.

In the data sheet, the performance of the INA149 are specified in the temperature range -40°C / +125°C, but the operating temperature range is -55°C / +150°C.

What can I expect below the temperature of -40°C?

Which parameters will degrade outside the temperature range -40°C / +125°C ?

    Hello Giorgio,

    Please refer to Figures 29-34 and Figure 36 in the data sheet. They give an indication of the performance between -40 and -55C for Iq, SR, nonlinearity, GE, PSRR, Vos, and CMRR. You will notice especially abrupt changes in performance for PSRR and nonlinearity in that temperature range. In some devices, the Vos changes abruptly as well.
