There are many instrumentation amplifiers that can work in an ECG application. Ultimately, though it really depends on your design requirements. What supply voltage(s) are you using? Also, what package do you need? It sounds to me like this is a kit of some sort.

Thank you so much for your answer, these resources are very usefull for me.
For now I am adapting a kit so I can develop a very simple solution that can work with an Arduino to be presented in an Engineering class, the purpose is only to build the device, not develop the whole design project.
I will need A DIP package for use with a 5V low power supply (USB or regulated source).
