Hi,

It is mentioned in the Datasheet 5th page of TL3016 with (a).

(a) VOS is added to the overdrive.

(b) VOD is added to the overdrive.


Which is right?
I think that (b) is right.

    Nishijima-san,

    The TL3016 data-sheet doesn't provide an explanation about the set-up conditions used in the propagation delay time tests.

    Here is the set-up; The non-inverting input is the driven input and receives the high-speed 0 to 100mV, or 0 to -100mV pulse (ΔVI). The inverting input is set to Voi + VOD. Therefore, the TL3016 data-sheet note is correct in that the offset and the overdrive voltage are added.
