Hi,

Customer is considering OPA847. Regarding Input Voltage Noise Density simulation,  does the TINA-TI resistor model include thermal noise characteristics?

    Hello Kato,
    In TINA the resistor properties list a temperature field. When I open up a TINA schematic all my resistors are set to -275 degrees C, which would make them noiseless. If you set them to 25 C they should have the correct thermal noise, but I have not verified this yet.
