Rushin,

Is VOUT = VIN + 5V the desired output?

Try changing the 47 ohm resistors to 47k ohms.

I want VOUT =- VIN+2.5V

vout = vin+5v work for 100 k resistor. can you tell me how to do vout = vin+2.5v

Rushin,

You could change 5V source to be 2.5V or you could do this.
