Transimpedance Amplifier (Composite OPA211 and OPA541)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA541, OPA211

Hallo,

I'm new to the Ti E2E Community Forum.

I tried to build a transimpedance amplifier composite with the two opamp's OPA211 and OPA541 (figure_1, figure_2). At the beginning I simulated the circuit with TINA and then I tried to build a prototype on a board. Next, I tested the circuit but it did not work very well. The input-voltage is 3V, but if I measure this when I put into operation changes the voltage on 5.87V. The current through the resistor R2 is 54.5mA and the output-voltage of the transimpedance amplifier (VF2) is 12.1V. The voltage at the OPA211 output is -14,8V and the voltage at the OPA211 input is 11.57V. All these values were not expected and i don't know where exactly the problem is.

Maybe anyone of you can tell me where my problem lies exactly, and maybe give me a tip.

Sorry for my very bad english!

Many thanks

Philipp
