    Hi David,

    fmax can be calculated using equation (4) of the LM2917-N datasheet.

    fmax = I2 / (C1*VCC)

    You can keep increasing the max frequency by reducing C1, but at some point, you start to lose stability and accuracy due to too small of a C1 cap.

    In the EC table, linearity is specified up to 10kHz. I have not tested above this so I cannot comment on what the linearity will look like beyond that frequency.
